Command Line Tools

Oshell

Oshell provides a full scripting language for running -OMIC and NGS analysis on the command line.

Information

Oshell runs on both Linux and Windows (as well as OS X). Via Oshell, the user can run any command that can be run in Array Studio, including creating projects, visualizations, exporting data, and more. For users processing large amounts of data, or wanting to easily customize behind-the-scenes processing of data, Oshell is a great choice. It integrates nicely with most NGS clusters and can also be run on the cloud.

Sales

Oshell access can be purchased as an additional add-on for customers interested in Array Studio, or as a standalone product. All customers interested in Oshell should contact sales@omicsoft.com
